That’s why this one starts later and ends earlier, getting you back in time for happy hour. Fast facts, pick-ups from 10am, return to Cairns around 3.30pm. In between times, slide down mossy rocks into cool pools hidden amongst ancient rainforest, wander beneath the green leaves and climbing palms and make that connection with people and place. Our guides are right there sharing stories and legends, showcasing our amazing destination and doing the driving. We’ve packed a picnic for lunch in the rainforest and have got you covered for adventures in paradise.

LATE START
We appreciate the value of a sleep in and late start when you’re on holidays. That’s why pick-ups for this one start from 10am in Cairns city. You bring your hat, towel and water bottle, we’ll take care of the rest.
SCENIC DRIVE
Our half day Cairns waterfalls tour takes you south, leaving the city behind for cane fields and rainforest mountains. Gaze upwards at some of Queensland’s highest peaks and swim in the streams.
JOSEPHINE FALLS
Josephine Falls is a local ‘secret spot’ deep in the rainforest. Its waters flow down from the summit of Mount Bartle Frere, tumbling over giant boulders into fresh, clear pools. A natural rockslide adds to the fun factor.
BABINDA BOULDERS
This is a place of legends and love stories for the Traditional Owners, the Yidinji tribe. Our guides will share their stories with you, with time for swimming and exploring too. We have lunch at this beautiful spot.
PICNIC LUNCH
We don’t want to waste a minute of precious time on this half day tour, which is why we pack a picnic lunch for you to enjoy waterside. Can cater to dietary preferences, just advise at the time of booking please.

The Splash and Slide half day waterfalls tour includes a picnic lunch, made by an amazing local supplier. Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking. Travel is on a comfortable air-conditioned coach. Optional stops are time dependant and at the discretion of the driver on the day. All times and activities are intended as a guide only and are approximate and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather/water). Infants and children are welcome – please see additional information regarding ages below – anyone under 18 years of age must travel with a responsible guardian or adult. If you have any medical conditions you are worried about, please talk to our friendly team. Please bring drinking water, a hat and sun protection. For swimming, we recommend bringing a towel, swimming costume, change of clothes and water-shoes if you have them.
