Mystery Adventure Deal bookings are final and cannot be changed after confirmation. In the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure ), Cairns Adventure Group reserves the right to reschedule or offer an alternative tour. Which tour you will take will be determined based on availability and announced 48 hours prior to your travel date. Tours may include one full-day adventure or two half-day tours if they fall within the $99 value range. Guests must meet all activity-specific health and safety requirements (e.g., minimum age, weight limits medical conditions). Participants must arrive at the designated departure point on time. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the tour. Minimum age to travel is 13 years old. Some tours may include optional extras (e.g., shoe rentals, photo packages) that are not covered by the $99 fee and can be purchased separately. By booking, customers agree to adhere to all terms and conditions of their assigned tour, including signing any required waivers.

Booking ConditionsIf multiple travellers wish to ensure they are on the same tour, they must book together. Separate bookings may result in assignment to different tours. Bookings are not accepted within 48-hours of the travel date.
