Companion Cards

Companion Cards are accepted on all tours and products. When guests bring a second carer, they receive a 50% discount.

Wheelchair Guests

Guests can join if their wheelchair folds and fits in the bus boot. A little assisted walking is needed to get on and off the bus.

Josephine Falls: Wheelchair accessible (700m path) to top viewing platform, however some sections can be steep. No wheelchair access for bottom platform or water entry. Accessible toilets at the car park (non-gendered, gendered and disabled).

Babinda Boulders: Wheelchair accessible to swimming area. Easy water entry with a step down.  Optional walk not accessible (there are a few stairs). Accessible toilets (non-gendered).

Vision Impared

Guests of all vision levels are welcome! For those with low vision, we recommend bringing a companion or carer to ensure the best experience possible.

Hearing Impared

Guests of all hearing levels are welcome! For those with low hearing, we recommend bringing a companion or carer to ensure the best experience possible.

Limited Mobility

Low – Moderate Fitness Level Required. The longest walk on this product is the 700m walk (each way) at Josephine Falls. This is along a sealed, undulating, rainforest path. Some sections are relatively steep. Access to swim at Josephine Falls is via rock hopping. Access to the viewing platform does not require rock hopping.

Intellectual Disability

Guests of all intellectual abilities are welcome to join! For those who may need extra support, we recommend bringing a companion or carer to ensure the best experience possible.

Pregnancy

Pregnant guests are welcome to take part in this experience.

If you have a medical condition that might affect your tour experience, we invite you to reach out to us before booking. Our rainforest waterfall tours are designed to welcome most health needs. Guests requiring extra support are encouraged to bring a companion or carer for a comfortable, enjoyable adventure.

If you have a physical condition, like a broken bone, that might affect your tour experience, we invite you to reach out to us before booking. Our rainforest waterfall tours welcome most physical abilities, but please keep in mind that our buses have steps for boarding and disembarking, and some walking is involved. We’re here to help make your adventure as comfortable and fun as possible!

Our Depot

Our depot is located at ground level with wide roller door entrances for easy access and wheelchair-accessible toilets. The upper floor (housing offices and a boardroom) is stair-access only—if you’re visiting, just let us know in advance if you may need additional support during your visit.
