PROUDLY 'WELCOME WITH PRIDE' ACCREDITED

We are proud to be the first tourism operator in Queensland to achieve accreditation through Welcome With Pride, Australia’s national LGBTQ+ inclusivity program for travel and hospitality.

While accreditation recognises our commitment to creating safe and inclusive experiences, the process itself became much more than that.

It gave us the opportunity to reflect on how we operate, sparked meaningful conversations within our team, and challenged us to be more intentional in how we create inclusive environments.

Through this process, we heard a wide range of perspectives, strengthened our understanding, and reinforced our approach to ensuring every guest and team member feels respected and supported.

This accreditation reflects our ongoing commitment to:
