BEACH VISIT
Golden sandy beaches which seem untouched by time await your discovery. Sitting directly between lush tropical rainforest and the Coral Sea, it’s an idyllic paradise so make sure you take the time to soak it all in.
TREETOP ADVENTURES ZIPLINE
Taking your adventure to new heights is the zipline tour. You’ll soar through the rainforest at heights of up to 15m and enjoy simply stunning views of your surroundings. (Max weight limit is 120kg).
OVERNIGHT SAFARI LODGE
Plenty of time to relax and enjoy this unique location, staying at the Safari Lodge, just 400m from the beach. There’s a pool and onsite café for meals (please note breakfast and dinner at your own expense). Comfort in the rainforest.
GREAT BARRIER REEF TOUR
Ocean Safari whisks you away to two Great Barrier Reef locations, for snorkelling and exploring. There are giant clams, colourful coral gardens and an abundance of marine life.

OVERNIGHT RAINFOREST REEF Rates and Info
This is a 2 day 1 night tour, with pick-ups from Cairns, the Beaches and Port Douglas. Lunch is included on the first day and dietary requirements can be accommodated on request and should be advised in advance. (Dinner on day 1 and Breakfast and Lunch on day 2 are at your own expense and in addition to the tour price). We will stop at the Daintree Ice-Cream Co. on Day 2. Any purchases here are at your own expense. Travel is on a comfortable air-conditioned coach. Accommodation is at the Safari Lodge in air conditioned cabins, which are just 400m from the beach. There are 3 options for accommodation: Shared Single in a Cabin which sleeps 3 (1 Bunk Bed, 1 Single Bed) with a shared bathroom; Single in a Cabin (Twin / King Bed) with private ensuite; Shared in a Cabin (Twin Beds) with private ensuite. The prices shown are per person rates. Twin and Double Rooms require a minimum of 2 people per booking.
Optional stops are time dependant and at the discretion of the driver/s on the day. All times and activities are intended as a guide only and are approximate and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather/water). This experience is designed for adults. While this is an overnight tour, there’s no luggage storage on the bus, so you should pack light and bring everything you need in a small day / overnight bag. We recommend bringing:

Who is this tour suitable for?
Our overnight Daintree Rainforest, Cape Tribulation, and Great Barrier Reef tour is designed for adults and welcomes guests of all abilities. While some areas have uneven paths or stairs, many spots are suitable for limited mobility. Minimum age to participate is 18 years old.
How long is the tour?
This is a 2 day, 1 night experience exploring the Daintree Rainforest, Mossman Gorge, Cape Tribulation and the Great Barrier Reef. You stay overnight at Cape Tribulation and accommodation is included in the tour price.
Are meals included?
Lunch is included on Day 1. You will need to purchase dinner on Day 1 and breakfast and lunch on Day 2. This is in addition to the tour price.
Can I snorkel on the reef?
Yes. Reef snorkelling is part of the itinerary, and equipment is provided. Basic swimming ability is recommended for snorkelling. Flotation jackets and noodles are available.
What if the weather changes? What if it's raining?
The Daintree can be wet at times and rain only adds to the rainforest atmosphere. Tours generally operate in most weather conditions. If extreme weather threatens safety, we will contact you to discuss options.
Are guides provided?
Yes. Experienced guides accompany you during the majority of the tour, offering local insight, interpretive commentary and support throughout the day. The guides are not with you for the overnight component of the itinerary.
