Wheelchair Guests

This tour is not suitable for wheelchair guests.

Ziplining: To participate you need to have an average to moderate level of fitness, and the ability to climb independently (under your own ability).

The tree ropes courses and ziplines can be physically demanding. Safety rules require only one person per activity. Due to the nature of the activity or the length of the zipline, there may be occurrences where the companion or carer may be anywhere from 50m – 400m away from the person in their care and would not be able to physically assist them.

Reef Tour: Access to the vessel is via a sandy beach walk. Boat access is via steps, which guests need to use both on the beach and to enter/ exit the water when snorkeling.

Vision Impared

Guests of all vision levels are welcome! For those with low vision*, we recommend bringing a carer* to ensure the best experience possible.

Limited Mobility

Average – Moderate Fitness Level Required:

Mossman Gorge: 540m each way (to the top lookout) along a man-made boardwalk.

Ziplining: The tree ropes courses and ziplines can be physically demanding.

Reef Tour: This tour departs from the Turtle Rock Cafe. Walking is required at the start/ end of the tour, including a section of beach walking.

Tours may not be suitable for guests with spinal conditions (including neck) or suffering from vertigo.

Other Physical Conditions

Tours may not be suitable for guests with pre-existing back, neck or hip injuries.

Our Depot

Our depot is located at ground level with wide roller door entrances for easy access and wheelchair-accessible toilets. The upper floor (housing offices and a boardroom) is stair-access only—if you’re visiting, just let us know in advance if you may need additional support during your visit.
