A full-day eco adventure to Green Island onboard Great Adventures. The fast catamaran takes you to this historic coral cay in just 45 minutes, where you can delve into the vibrant underwater world or relax amid the lush rainforest.
Choose your preferred departure time, either 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM, from the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee before boarding. During your journey, learn about Green Island with an eco presentation and snorkelling demonstration, arriving refreshed and informed at either 9:15 AM or 11:15 AM.
At Green Island, collect snorkelling equipment from the Dive Shop or enjoy the lifeguard-patrolled beach and swimming pool. Join a scheduled glass bottom boat tour or embark on a self-guided rainforest walk using the Eco Island Walk booklet. Additional optional activities, such as scuba diving, helmet diving, scenic helicopter flights, and visits to Marineland Melanesia, are available for purchase on the island.
The Full Day Adventure returns to Cairns at 4:30 PM, arriving back at the Reef Fleet Terminal at 5:20 PM. Lunch and refreshments can be purchased on Green Island.
