Conditions: The minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 12 years old. If under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present on the day of the jump. While we'd absolutely love to be able to take everyone skydiving, we do have some limitations when it comes to weight. Instructors may take individuals up to 110 kilograms, depending on the drop zone and subject to assessment and Safety Officer approval. Please contact the drop zone you are jumping at directly to find out the weight limit specific to that location. If 94kg or over, surcharges do apply. We recommend removing any loose items before your skydive, including dentures or false teeth. If you have any questions at all, please ask our friendly staff when you arrive at the drop zone. We have goggles that will fit over your glasses/contacts, leaving you to take in those epic views. However, please let your instructor know if you are wearing contact lenses. Changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the confirmed jump date. Changes within 24 hours of the jump date will be subject to a rebooking fee of AUD50.00. Bookings can be made from one day before, to a maximum of six months in advance. In peak summer season one to two weeks advance notice is strongly recommended. The sooner you contact us the more chance you have of skydiving on your preferred date. Bookings for today's jumps can be made only through our booking hotline on 1300 811 038. Optional extras: Photos and videos can be purchased. Once purchased, your photos and videos will be emailed straight to your inbox on the same day as your skydive. Not permitted: You cannot take your own Go-Pro with you on your skydive. For the safety of all customers and in accordance with skydive regulations, the use of all electronic devices, including personal cameras and video equipment is not permitted on the aircraft or at any time during the jump. Restrictions: Skydive Australia must be notified prior to the jump date of any pre-existing or existing medical conditions, injuries or illnesses. You will also be asked when you check-in and may require an assessment from our Safety Officer. Medical conditions which could affect the customer's safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive. If required, bring a medical certificate with you from your doctor confirming you are okay to participate in a skydive. Please advise SA if you are taking prescription medication. It is our obligation to inform you that if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms or blocked sinuses on the day of your skydive, it may potentially lead to further health complications during or after your jump, and we urge you to proceed with caution. No alcohol or "recreational" drugs are to be consumed within 8 hours prior to the scheduled skydive jump time. For the safety of all customers and staff, SA reserves the right to refuse customers who are suspected of being intoxicated or having impaired judgment, and this does not constitute a claim for a refund. Due to medical restrictions, you must not scuba dive within 24 hours of the scheduled skydive jump time.
