Companion Cards are accepted on all tours and products. When guests bring a second carer, they receive a 50% discount.

Guests using wheelchairs can easily join the fun, just be sure to book our wheelchair-accessible vessel (8-man pontoon boat) for a smooth and comfortable experience.

6-man Pontoon Boats and Tinny Boats are not wheelchair accessible.

All vision levels are welcome. Guests with very low vision are required to bring a companion aged 18 or over to skipper the vessel for a safe and enjoyable trip.

All hearing levels are welcome. Guests with very low hearing are required to bring a companion aged 18 or over to skipper the vessel, ensuring a safe and smooth adventure.

Low fitness level required. This tour does not include any physical activity.

Guests of all intellectual abilities are welcome. For those with higher support needs, we ask that a companion aged 18 or over join as the vessel skipper to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Pregnant guests are welcome to take part in this experience.

Our boat hire is self-guided, and while we’re here to help, staff response times can take up to an hour depending on location. Please come prepared with any necessary medications or support, and make sure your travel companions are ready to assist if needed.
