Join the PADI Open Water Dive Course in Cairns to learn scuba diving on the renowned Great Barrier Reef. The course begins with two days of dive theory and pool training at a five-star city training centre equipped with Cairns' deepest four-metre training pools.
After your classroom and pool sessions, board a premium Scubapro liveaboard vessel for a three-day, two-night adventure on the Outer Great Barrier Reef. You'll complete up to nine dives across Flynn, Thetford, Milln, and Pellowe Reefs, with four training dives and five recreational dives.
Your accommodation is in air-conditioned twin or double cabins on the vessel, with all meals provided. The trip also features a guided night dive, giving you the opportunity to observe vibrant marine life such as turtles, stingrays, reef sharks, and colourful corals.
You'll benefit from personal instruction in a small group, with the same instructor throughout the course. Courses start in Cairns every day except Sunday, operated by Pro Dive Cairns, making it easy to earn your PADI Open Water certification while exploring the iconic reef.
